1.How are items shipped?
We use USPS and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking. If your item is over 1 pound it will be shipped USPS Priority Please visit our shipping policy page for information
2.When will my item(s) get to me?
Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. 1-3 business days for Express.
3.How do I cancel an order?
We aim to process orders same day we do not allow the cancelations if you purchase the wrong size or color please contact our customer department via email firstname.lastname@example.org. However we cannot promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process
4.Do you give refunds?
No unfortunately we do not items can be returned for store credit only. Please visit our retum policy page for more details

No, we do not offer call to order as of now, but we soon will!
6.Do you hold items?
No unfortunately not. We have a high turnover of product so we cannot hold tents you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit questions please send us an emal!
