1.How are items shipped?
We use USPS and most items under one pound will be shipped First Class with tracking. If your item is over 1 pound it will be shipped USPS Priority Please visit our shipping policy page for information
2.When will my item(s) get to me?
Please wait at least 3-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. 1-3 business days for Express.
3.How do I cancel an order?
We aim to process orders same day we do not allow the cancelations if you purchase the wrong size or color please contact our customer department via email hello@delonh.com. However we cannot promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process
4.Do you give refunds?
